fearnette92 I’ve been working out here for about 4 years. It’s the perfect local gym. The new owners have been methodically redecorating and updating equipment, which has been a huge plus. I love that it’s never too packed for me to get in a good workout and has all of the equipment I need/want.

Billy Bass Was a good stop in for some fitness while I was driving back from Chicago the Superman girls on the wall of the workout room were a really cool touch and the visit was free. They even have a sauna.

Sandra Clark Yoga and fitness instructor Jannette is talented, welcoming and enthusiastic. Went to a Pound class and had so much fun I forgot it was exercise!

Randy Really nice space with great equipment. Full power rack set up that can be customized to do any exercise. Great class room space. The ladies in there are always nice and super knowledgeable and passionate about strength and movement.

austin bennett been going here consistently for a while now, don’t see the reason for any negative reviews. the workers are constantly cleaning throughout their shifts and are very friendly people. there’s more than enough equipment to get a solid workout in for every body part. for $25 a month there’s quite literally nowhere that can compete. any review saying that “half the stuff doesn’t work” sounds like operating errors because i’ve only ever came across 2 broken things and they were both fixed within 2 weeks. if you have reasonable expectations, this place will check every box. the improvements have continued to happen and make me even more hopeful for the future. (if you smell BO “all over the gym”, invest in some deodorant).

Justin Huffman Very nice clean gym. Patrons are quite and easy going. Simple locker room, nice, out of the way cardio room upstairs. For the price, the place is unbeatable.

Khristen Rentfro The gym is super clean , good variety of equipment and well lit. Love the atmosphere and the fact that I can workout late at night. Highly recommend.

Devin Deremiah Nice equipment, friendly atmosphere. Its never super busy either so its pretty easy to get a good lift in quickly.

jordan kapetanis This gym has a very friendly environment. The workouts range from beginner to experienced. Lots of equipment for a variety of workouts. Marc is a very dedicated and knowledgeable coach. He’ll be there to motivate and help achieve your goals. Drop in and come workout with us!

Natalie Osowski Best gym around McHenry County. Clean, excellent ownership, and always looking to do more or add more to a small town gym. Also very spacious and organized. Excellent spin class in the morning too! Thank God for the new ownership. Someone who cares and goes above and beyond.
