Auries Thomas-Brown I was involved in an accident and my car(2024 Honda Accord) was damaged on the drivers side from the rear fender all the way to the front fender. I had so much damage, the estimate came up to 14k plus. Kathy Skinner I found my new mechanics! Park and Hansen are two stand up guys. I took my car in to be looked at because the dealership told me I had an oil leak. They did a thorough inspection and cleaned some oil residue. Visually they did not see any leaks. Suggested that I drive it for a few weeks and then bring it back for a recheck and oil change.

Sherilyn Gromer Have unfortunately had two vehicles here within a months time. However every single person at this location is over the top amazing. They are the sweetest and so helpful. Make sure I understand the entire process with insurance, always keeping me updated on what’s going on, and are quick about everything not making you wait weeks for updates. Wouldn’t bring my car to any other body shop. Caliber Collision in Bradley will always be my go to at this point. Can’t say enough nice things about those that work here, specifically the front desk staff.

Verizon 454 Auto accidents can occur in the blink of an eye and before you know it, BOOM!! Youre all banged up. Im pretty sure we all know what follows. A very long and stressful claim process etc No problem when you have full coverage auto insurance right??? WRONG!!!! Unfortunately, my own insurance company didnt exactly make things any easier. I was devastated that recycled used parts were requested by my own insurance company. That alone made me feel hopeless. I literally imagined some odd looking spray painted parts being slapped onto my car by some dirty, aggressive, greasy, rough, careless auto body repair guy who occasionally scratches his butt, chews on beef jerky, farts, and bumps across other parts of my car with tools and key rings dangling from his pockets. I felt sick just thinking about it until I met Mr.Case. Out of all of the other body shops that gave me an estimate, Mr.Case was my favorite hands down. I was able to tell right away that he is very passionate about what he does. His office is clean with so many great photos and posters of beautiful shiny classic cars. He is a car guy for sure! Hes the complete opposite from the type of greasy slob that I envisioned who would do the repairs. The outcome was remarkable. Although the parts are used , The work that Mr.Case did was done with such grace and elegance. The paint was a perfect match. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I really appreciate him.

Cameron Poe I needed a new passenger side mirror for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. I called, Shaun answered, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had my mirror. When I arrived 15 mins later, Shaun greeted me when I walked in. He had my mirror ready for me. The price was fair and the service was excellent. No computer when you call, always a real human on the other end.

J G As a woman, I am telling you- I feel safe with Kenny taking care of my car! He was informative and responsive throughout the entire process. He listened to my concerns, and was able to explain things in a way I understood. I really feel his services are at a fair price, and service was quick. I dont know what else you could ask for! 12/10 I will be back. Its a relief to know theres a mechanic in the area I can trust
