MJ Janssen I was very pleased with my recent oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 10am, arrived around 9:45 and by 10 my car was in a bay and up on the lift. About 60 min. later it was done and remarked outside. Their waiting room was comfortable and offered free beverages. Upon completion, the tech explained to me what had been checked and taken care of with no upselling. I HATE that! The coupon I had is what made me try them for the first time. I was impressed!!

Sue Mickelson I highly recommend. Mike went out of his way to make things easy for me when my Acadia was hit by another driver on icy roads. He communicated with my insurance company taking a lot of stress off me. Best of all, my Acadia looks great!

Auries Thomas-Brown I was involved in an accident and my car(2024 Honda Accord) was damaged on the drivers side from the rear fender all the way to the front fender. He listened to my concerns, and was able to explain things in a way I understood. I really feel his services are at a fair price, and service was quick. Verizon 454 Auto accidents can occur in the blink of an eye and before you know it, BOOM!! Youre all banged up. Im pretty sure we all know what follows. A very long and stressful claim process etc No problem when you have full coverage auto insurance right??? WRONG!!!! Unfortunately, my own insurance company didnt exactly make things any easier. I was devastated that recycled used parts were requested by my own insurance company. That alone made me feel hopeless. I literally imagined some odd looking spray painted parts being slapped onto my car by some dirty, aggressive, greasy, rough, careless auto body repair guy who occasionally scratches his butt, chews on beef jerky, farts, and bumps across other parts of my car with tools and key rings dangling from his pockets. I felt sick just thinking about it until I met Mr.Case. Out of all of the other body shops that gave me an estimate, Mr.Case was my favorite hands down. I was able to tell right away that he is very passionate about what he does. His office is clean with so many great photos and posters of beautiful shiny classic cars. He is a car guy for sure! Hes the complete opposite from the type of greasy slob that I envisioned who would do the repairs. The outcome was remarkable. Although the parts are used , The work that Mr.Case did was done with such grace and elegance. The paint was a perfect match. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I really appreciate him.

Johnny Lollar Went in for brake fluid flush/bleed and they got me in at my appointment time and did a great job at a fair price. Amber is awesome at her job, multi tasking extraordinaire. Happy with results from the shop mechanics too. Good to have a competent shop nearby.
