4 /5 Bradley Paluch: Russell is a real nice guy, great customer service, and an experienced mechanic. I came in going from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale due to a slight vibration coming from the front of the vehicle. They determined my front tires were out of balance. The wheels were quickly and professionally balanced. The fee was reasonable for getting everything done while interrupting the shop’s normal schedule. The ride to Fort Lauderdale was mostly smooth (9/10 smooth). Made it to where I needed to be so I’m happy with the service. Got down here on worn ball joints which are getting replaced next week at a South Florida shop. They said I would probably make it down here and I did. The wheel balancing actually helped a lot. I previously had problems with the steering and front axle u joints which I replaced myself previously. I forgot to have the wheels balanced after the work I did myself so nice catch by Russell’s Garage. Also the atmosphere is fairly contemporary, neatly put together, and clean there.
