Robyn Carpenter Everyone at Peters Motors is wonderful. I brought in my 2012 Ford Explorer with a lot of work that needed to be done. They explained everything that needed to be done, explained what could wait and what was urgent, and even ordered and installed the tires for me that I was going to purchase elsewhere. I never felt that I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. The work was done sooner than expected and when I had a concern after picking it up, they were receptive, checked it out, and calmed my fears.

Cheryl Cox I value a great mechanic like I do a doctor or dentist. The owner Bob and his staff are great. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Bob has the knowledge and experience you can trust. He’s honest and fair. I went to my Subaru dealership while my new car was under warranty, but after that ended, I was happy to put my car back in Bob’s care. He also kept my mom’s car in perfect running condition and would pump her gas for her since she was elderly and didn’t want to. I’m grateful to have this shop in my neighborhood.

Mike Clifford We live in Palatine but were up in Woodstock and the caliper in one of my brake systems was clamping shut. We called around to all of the auto service places in Woodstock and we all got the same story that they wouldnt be able to even look at my car for at least a week. We were at Roscoes Antique Mall on Lake and they said there was a newer auto service place almost across the street. We went over there and talked to Diego and he said hed look at it that same day and get back to me. He called me a few hours later and confirmed it was the caliper seizing shut but because my car is a Cadillac, he wouldnt have the part for another two days. But that was fine and gave him the go ahead. Two days later, the car was fixed and ready to go! At a VERY reasonable price, too! RP Auto Service and Diego had my car fixed and ready in 2 days, when everyone else said they wouldnt even be able to look at for at least a week! We couldnt have been happier! Thank, Diego and RP Auto Service!!

Kate Coffey So glad to have found Marks Auto! Juan was so helpful, and got everything taken care of for me. Service was fast, and prices were reasonable. I dont know much about cars, and I didnt feel like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. They even gave me a free loaner car for the day while my car was worked on. Ill definitely be back!

Zoe Hatzis I was rear ended with my 3 kids right in front of Speed Angels Inc. my back window was shattered. The owner and daughter were Sooo Helpful and took my car right away to get vacuumed and tarped up. Now we can continue our adventure to the Renaissance fair!

David Lampl These guys have been so awesome keeping my 2012 GMC running like a clock. They are always totally up front, fairly priced and timely in their efforts. They done an outstanding job as far as I’m concerned. Probably slightly less expensive places around, but not worth it. They do it right the 1st time and every time! Would recommend them to anyone needing anything from an oil change to major engine work and everything in between.
