They explained everything that needed to be done, explained what could wait and what was urgent, and even ordered and installed the tires for me that I was going to purchase elsewhere. I never felt that I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. The work was done sooner than expected and when I had a concern after picking it up, they were receptive, checked it out, and calmed my fears.

Mike Clifford We live in Palatine but were up in Woodstock and the caliper in one of my brake systems was clamping shut. We called around to all of the auto service places in Woodstock and we all got the same story that they wouldnt be able to even look at my car for at least a week. We were at Roscoes Antique Mall on Lake and they said there was a newer auto service place almost across the street. We went over there and talked to Diego and he said hed look at it that same day and get back to me. He called me a few hours later and confirmed it was the caliper seizing shut but because my car is a Cadillac, he wouldnt have the part for another two days. But that was fine and gave him the go ahead. Two days later, the car was fixed and ready to go! At a VERY reasonable price, too! RP Auto Service and Diego had my car fixed and ready in 2 days, when everyone else said they wouldnt even be able to look at for at least a week! We couldnt have been happier!
