Jada Hamer This place is truly amazing! From communication to pricing to the end result. Joel was the one who worked on my car and he did an amazing job and was truly efficient. Before I even picked up my car they made sure everything was working perfectly before letting me take it. The waiting room is nice and clean. The receptionist (Andrea) was so sweet and patience with me and my nana calling everyday lol. She was full of light and I would truly recommend this place. The owner himself was amazing and you can tell they care about your vehicle and wants to make sure their work is perfect. BY FAR THE BEST AUTO SHOP I BEEN TO OUT HERE!

Even the techs were willing to listen to the issues that I was experiencing and problem solve with me. My family and I were able to get back on the road within 2 hours. Vanessa Hynds I had the best mechanic experience Ive had to date with Average Joe Auto Repair. I cant recommend Joe enough. He is a honest, fair price individual, which unfortunately, seems to be hard to find in the car mechanic world these days. My car was shaking and rattling due to needing motor mounts replaced. Joe fixed the issue and my car has been driving smooth since.

Pat Reynolds The third shop to work on my car, Mone found multiple small problems that kept my engine light on. He kept at it, at very a reasonable price, found parts for me that I bought and he installed. Great shop, Ill be a return customer. I cant recommend this guy enough!

Lindsey Hammerslag Saved me a ton of money by helping me determine that it was time to send a car to the scrap yard. CarX wanted $600 to work on one aspect of my failing car and I wasnt sure if it was worth it because the car had other issues and wasnt worth much. So I took it to Cecils and asked him to assess it. The guy who helped me discovered that the car wasnt going to survive no matter how much money I spent on it. And heres he kicker: he helped me so much but didnt even want to charge for his services. Even if it only took him 20 minutes, what he did for me was worth so much to my bottom line. It was incredibly kind of him to not ask for anything in return. Im really sad that Im moving away because this place would be my go-to shop for everything else I need in the future. Theyre super honest and helpful!

Gemma Mcafee They were able to accommodate me same day and did a very thorough evaluation of my vehicle and had appropriate recommendations. Open and honest about cost up front and worked very quickly. You are mostly paying for the labor, the replacement parts and diagnostics are inexpensive.

Jayme Schmidt From the beginning everyone there was so helpful and kind. They gave me an estimate, ran it through my insurance, and even gave me a ride to Enterprise. The finished product was beautiful. I don’t think my car even looked that good when I bought it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
