5 /5 Justin Vermillion: AMAZING SERVICE and OUTSTANDING PRICE!!!!!! I have a hotshot company and was hauling freight up to Chicago when I had break down and needed a repair. Not only did Mounts tell me to come on over when I called, but since I was hauling freight and passing through they made sure I was taken care of quick and got me back on the road that same evening. Thank you guys for honest and quality work! You really helped me out today! It’s hard to find this kind of service these days (trust me I have had to have repairs all over the country). Keep it up Mounts Automotive, absolutely great work!!!!

5 /5 Ashley Bresnahan: We’re from Springfield and were traveling to Chicago when my check engine light started flashing. Found Mark on Google and gave him a call and he told me to come on in. He was able to diagnose and completely fix the problem in under an hour (would’ve been even quicker but we had to wait for Autozone to deliver the part)!!! Mark completely saved our trip! Mark was super nice and he had a sweet dog we were able to play with while waiting. Best experience I’ve had a repair shop. Thank you again, Mark!!!

5 /5 Anthony Mirabella: Mark is fantastic mechanic! I needed emergency brake line repair and he got me in and out in under an hour, even with a busy schedule. He got me back on the road in good time and at a more than fair price. +1 for his dog Axle, who loves to play fetch.

The owner was kind, professional, and got us back on the road quickly with fair and transparent pricing. On top of that, he had two sweet dogs who kept me company while I waited, which made the whole experience even more comforting. I can’t recommend this place enough—great service, great people, and an all-around outstanding experience.

5 /5 Kalionna Fink: I called about getting a headlight replaced and they invited me to stop by to have a look. Not even half an hour later, the headlight was changed, friendly conversations were made, fetch was played with the dog, and I was on my way! They are very fast, friendly, and well priced! Will definitely be returning here in the future!
