They use the latest tech, give highly detailed reports, offer a loaner vehicle and overall have a great shop with an excellent, polite and courteous demeanor. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone around Southern Illinois and I will certainly be taking my vehicle there again for future services. They are an excellent shop and take pride in their work. Not only did the team resolve the issues, they kept in constant contact with me and even completed the work sooner then expected. (This was repair and correction of work done incorrectly by another area shop. So my frustration level was high going in ) 5 stars, because a higher rating isnt available!
