However, I called M&M Transmission, and they were willing to take a look at my car the next morning when they opened. One of the owners, Melody, even gave me a ride back to my hotel. The next day, they called me immediately after opening to explain the problem and offer options to fix it. Within an hour of speaking to them, my Jeep was fixed, and Melody once again gave me a ride.
I expected the bill to be over $500, but when they showed me the work they did, my jaw hit the floor. They only charged me $40 for the ride and the repair. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity, especially since I was a traveler and not a regular customer.
I can confidently say that M&M Transmission is the friendliest, kindest, and most honest business I have ever encountered. They understand the importance of great customer service, and I wish I could do all my business with them.
