Brayton Robertson I had a exhaust issue on a long drive home and just "broke" down in Mt. Vernon. When I pulled up to his shop shortly after opening Monday, he quickly fit me in earlier than he promised me and charged me such a fair price for the repair it was almost shocking. The owner is an honest and extremely hospitable human being any person who needs a repair I highly recommend visiting Chapmans!

Marc Livermore We had Porters check out our truck (thinking it was a wheel bearing). Traveling through IL. They made us an appointment as soon as they had a bay open. Which was in only 3 hours. Amanda at the front desk was awesome to work with. The mechanic (I think his name was Shawn) worked on the truck to find an issue. He went on and beyond to help. Long story short, I would highly recommend this place for your auto needs.

ME NK Traveling from North Carolina to Idaho, and we stopped in Mount Vernon with the AC dead on our VW Jetta. Found Glenn’s shop online and showed up unannounced at 8am the next morning. Glenn and Hunter could not have been kinder or more helpful. They immediately moved our car into the shop and diagnosed the problem. Glenn then drove 90 miles round trip to get the parts, and they had us back on the road by 3:00. Cost was significantly lower than we expected. A 5-star experience all around. If you need repairs, go to these guys.

Thomas Downing This place was very busy, but found a way to help me make my RV safe for the trip home. I stopped here to have my tire pressure checked because the tire warning system was on and I couldn’t get the warning light off- even after inflating them. This service center was fully booked for two weeks out, but the manager found somebody to squeeze me in between appointments. The mechanic looked thoroughly into my problem and determined that all of my tires were extremely under inflated on my motorhome. I mistakenly thought they took 60psi, but they needed 75. He inflated all the tires including the dualys in the back. He took care of everything without any charge. These are good people!

Stephen Szarek Stopped through here while out riding my bike and needed my handlebars tightened. Guy working the garage was super understanding and used an Alan wrench to tighten the bolts on my handlebars. I definitely know I can rely on this place if they’re willing to treat their customers like that. Thanks Broadway Auto Body! You’re the best!

Josh Strommen I cannot begin to tell you how awesome David and his business is. I was visiting family and my car was having some concerning problems. David got me in and was able to take care of the issue and give me the sense of peace I needed to make the 1200 mile trip back home. From someone who lives a few states away, if youre traveling and need your care taken care of as it it was his own, see David. Hell do right by you.

Harrison Hux Jimmy is one of the most honest and fair mechanics with a ton of knowledge! He will do everything he can to get your vehicle serviced in a timely and efficient manner. Been going to him for years, wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else! 5 star garage at a fair price.
