I brought my car yesterday to the shop to let them listen to a new problem and confirm my appointment. Rick asked if I had time for him to lift it. He fixed the issue in less then 5 minutes. He didnt have to stop what he was doing but he did. Gave us peace of mind knowing all the noise I heard was a simple fix. We have always brought our cars here since we moved to Mt. Vernon 12 years ago. Highly recommend.
