Magua136 Grade A number one service in the Mount Vernon Indiana area! I had a TPMS indicating low pressure in one of my tires. I stopped by KB AUTO shop unannounced, and spoke to a very professional man named Bobbie. I told him my situation and they were able to work me in, which really saved the day for me! I was working a 12-hour night shift and live locally. They carried me home to my house, I got my shower and sleep and they came back and picked me up later in the day when my truck was ready. Barry Styles I must say that the team at Rt 37 Performance went above and beyond to insure that I was able to make back home to Texas for Christmas. In spite of the difficulty finding the part for my truck they were able to locate what I needed and get me back on the road. The technician was very knowledgeable and took very good care of my truck, the young lady on the phone kept me updated on progress and to the young man who came to pick me up from the rental car company. ME NK Traveling from North Carolina to Idaho, and we stopped in Mount Vernon with the AC dead on our VW Jetta. Found Glenn’s shop online and showed up unannounced at 8am the next morning. Glenn and Hunter could not have been kinder or more helpful. They immediately moved our car into the shop and diagnosed the problem. Glenn then drove 90 miles round trip to get the parts, and they had us back on the road by 3:00. Cost was significantly lower than we expected. A 5-star experience all around.
