RTA Repair - Moline (IL)

5 /5 Austin Demoss: Scheduling the service was easy and they got my f250 in quick. The were polite and friendly the whole time, going above and beyond. I had originally scheduled something small but asked for more and they were still willing to help. The diagnosed several issues and clearly explained what parts had issues and what was wrong with them, giving me a better feeling they were capable. They kept in good communication about the scope of work and the cost. The truck was finished quickly and I was very happy with the work they did. I put off a few of their recommendations due to my budget but will definitely work with them again in the future. I usually try to do work myself but some things are best left to the pros. Probably not the cheapest place out there (actually they came recommended from a friend, I didnt shop around) but I know you get what you pay for. Probably just todays prices.

5 /5 Hannah Howard: Tim & team at RTA Repair were incredible! My car needed a lot of maintenance work and I wasn’t feeling comfortable with a quote I had received from another mechanic. I called RTA and they were so flexible with their schedule, trust worthy and friendly. After diagnosis, Tim was so kind. He took the time to talk through all of the repairs I needed—patiently explaining everything over the phone while I asked questions and took notes. He helped me figure out what I should fix now and what could wait until later. He fixed everything quickly and it was such a relief working with RTA knowing I could fully trust them and that they would do quality work. I was new to town looking for an auto shop I could trust and after trying a few that didn’t feel quite right I am so glad that a friend recommended RTA!

5 /5 Greg Gaskins: The RTA Repair techs replaced a heat/cold blend door actuator on my 2011 Ford F-150, and also changed the oil and filter. They were quick, polite, professional, fair priced. There were no effort to sell extra services and left the truck clean and no issues whatsoever! Would definately and highly recommend RTA to everyone! Greg.

5 /5 Mark Laingen: RTA completed an oil change for me, I had dropped my truck off the night before, and by 8:00 a.m. the next day, I received a call from Tim that it was done. He also added they noticed a taillight out. RTA does all of my service and repair work. I trust that the work will be done right, done quickly, and at a fair price. I always enjoy being treated like a VIP when I bring a vehicle in. I have recommended them to my friends, because of the service I receive. Thank you RTA!
