5 /5 Robin Titamer: My first appointment there was a little over a week ago for an extraction. Before going here I went to Familia dental in East St. Louis. I was nervous after what they had done to my teeth down there, but the hygienists and Dr. Kim made me feel completely at ease. The procedure went by quick without a single problem. Dr. Kim is very fast and good at what he does. Would highly recommend him and his staff.

5 /5 Teresa B: I take my three young children to Emerald Terrace and always have quick, pleasant visits. My three year old has had a cavity on two different visits and the dentist is fast and efficient. We really appreciate all the assistants patience and kindness. Bringing in four kids under the age of 9 makes for a very busy office visit and they always handle us so well!

5 /5 Christina pate: We love Dr. Kim and his amazing staff. Myself, my three year old and my five year old all see him and he has been nothing fantastic. My kids love him and the movies that he plays while they are sitting in the chair getting their teeth cleaned. We give him and staff a big thumbs up!

1 /5 April Felton: I have never had a problem with this dentist office before today. I was called an hour before my appt and told I had to come in early to be seen. I was in my kids pediatricians office being told both kids had strep and need antibotics and were going to miss school. I was stressed out to say the least. Then being told if I wanted to be seen I had to come in early. When I said I had to reschedule Dr Kim came on the phone and was completely rude even though I told him I had to reschedule because both kids were sick and I didnt think he wanted sick kids in his office he told me I had attitude and that he just decided that if I wanted to be seen I would have to wait 6 months!!!!!! When I asked why 6 months since I have been an established patient for nearly 8 years his response was "its my decision and thats what I decided!" I hung up after that. Worst experience ever. Definitely be warned if you go there. They dont believe in HIPPA either. I have sat in the waiting room before and heard many of patients information because they play the answering machine for all to hear, as well as have phone calls on speaker, as well as talk about patients in front of whoever is in the waiting area. This office has severaly gone down hill the longer it is open. I will be filing a formal complaint to the BBB about this office.
