With each repair I have been informed in a timely manner what is going on with the car and taken back to the shop to have the repair explained to me. Isaiah Amazing customer service. They dont overcharge or scam you on pricing. Gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on with my car, options to repair, and updated me throughout the process. Car runs as smooth now as when I first bought it. Will definitely return if/when my car has more issues and recommend this place to friends.

tom whalen My sons vehicle (128K miles) began running very roughly and we took it to VVR for an evaluation. They were able to look at it quickly and diagnosed a severe internal engine problem. It was agreed that the solution was not worth the value of the car. I wanted the car towed to my home and they were kind enough to help facilitate that. I was only charged for their evaluation and diagnosis and I did not find that excessive. In my numerous conversations with Mike, Lauren and Jen they were very patient and accomodating. I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty and would not hesitate to patronize them again. They will be my "go to" for any vehicle maintainence.

Alberto Mijarez David, Victor, Juan and Angel were great to work with! They went above and beyond to ensure my wife’s SUV was repaired properly and in a timely manner. They were flexible with our scheduled and provided quality work at a very reasonable price, compared to the dealership. Highly recommend them and David’s going to be working on our friend’s & sister’s vehicle given the great experience we had with them!

David Smith Needed to plug a screw hole in my tire. They were booked up that day but said bring the car and they’d work it in between other cars. I walked to get a coffee in town, stopped at one store and they were already done. They even looked up the proper lug nut torque specs from Porsche and set the right tire pressure for my summer performance tires, something my dealer doesn’t always set properly! Professional, diligent and detail oriented. Highly recommended.
