We knew each other from our swimming days in high school and once I found out she had her own business (a woman owned business), I had to see what she was all about. The process to schedule and go over ideas was so easy and organic. It was fun to go to her comfortable office and go over a few things. We took my partner’s mother’s diamonds and my mother’s diamonds and created a beautiful new (to us), but vintage heirloom ring. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. To be able to have the gift of diamonds from both of our mothers and a style that is unique to me is perfect. I highly recommend Amanda and her team.

I took my wifes ring in for repair, and they were beyond helpful and provided me with options for a quality repair. Kay Jewelers is second to none in quality and customer service. They will be my go-to from now on! The ring spoken of is pictured. Work done: replaced Tanzanite stone, diamond baguette and re-dipped. My wife was very pleased when it was returned to her.

I just came in today to have my first ring inspection, and I also asked their advice on a different ring I’d gotten stuck on my finger the night before. They offered to help me get it off, and were able to in seconds! All after a whole 24 hours of having it stuck. Saved me a possible emergency room visit, just by their kindness, so grateful.
