We’ve always supported them—we fix our gold, buy our gold, and sell our gold there. Sadly, during our last visit, one of the employees disrespected my mother and even told her that if she didn’t like the way they spoke, she shouldn’t fix her gold there. That is unacceptable. It’s truly disappointing because as a community we should treat each other with kindness and respect. When customers are treated poorly, businesses don’t just lose sales—they lose trust.
