At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.

Urijah Burns Great place,family owned, and Stuart is ready for a call at almost any time. He has not answered me one time only and he told me how sorry he was and that it was because he was spending time with family. Just an overall amazing place.
