They found a few other things that need to be addressed down the road, which are nice to know about. Great communication, reasonable prices, and quick turnaround. Ill definitely be back in.

1 /5 Aj Potter: Dani/Danny that works the front desk has a horrible attitude, went in with a friend and she was being very condescending and belittling my friend about his vehicle, horrible customer service and don’t recommend going here for anything, I hope they figure this out and because I can promise she is the sole reason he did not to fix his vehicle at this establishment. I also see the replies that are coming from this place and I am not here to argue or debate anything I’m just writing an honest review about my experience.

1 /5 Carisa: So disappointed in this shop, weve used them to do repairs so many times, this time I was very very unsatisfied. Weve spent 7800 for a new engine a couple of years ago and recently went in for a check engine light, 4800 dollars later, my light is still on so I brought it back, thought it was the starter turns out it was a fuse?? I was charged 150 for a diagnostic fee, but given no diagnostic report.. said it was a fuse a 25 cent fuse. Went to start my car to leave and it wouldnt start after paying for diagnostic. The fuse was a 15, tech pulled it and put in a 20 fuse and it started got home and my ECM was smoking car wont start anymore. Needless to say were not going there to have our cars checked or fixed anymore. Weve spent over $13,000 for repairs and tow fees. Use this place with caution.

1 /5 rachel johnson: All I’m gonna say is if you KNOW you don’t work on transmissions dont insist on looking over the car anyway. I don’t know how I drove my car into your establishment and now I’m towing it out without a clear explanation on WHY it’s not running but you charge me NO FEE for the diagnostic???????? And I’m getting two different stories from the owners about what actually was done to the vehicle? I expressed that it was a transmission issue from the start yet y’all took my car anyway and whatever y’all did do left me with a 100 tow fee and another headache to deal with. Mysteriously no diagnostic fee was charged though but a LIST of stuff that was actually observed???? Sketchy!!!!! In 2025 though is it worth me dealing with calling the police getting angry or losing hope in humanity over apparent dishonesty??? Not!!!! Anyway I have a day off to enjoy…. the universe will repair everything as it should!!!! I’m not gonna say dont go To Whitlow’s. But they do not work on transmissions so if you have a transmission issue take it somewhere else. Cause they will still try to get a diagnostic fee out of you until they realize that your car was so jacked up that they probably shouldn’t have tried to run that game on you. Cheers folks!
