R B Great little church in The Athens, GA area. The preacher, Dan, is great at "rightly dividing" (2 Tim. 2:15). He knows what parts of the Bible are for us and what parts are directly to us. Definitely a great place to worship.

Keeko Villaveces Found my husband and got married at St.Aelreds. I usually go to the 10:30pm sung mass on Sunday because I really like singing. There are also a variety of mass times available throughout the week. The hymns are more "traditional" than you may find at some churches. If "On Eagles Wings" and guitar/drums is more your style you probably wont find that here, but you may find some new songs to get stuck in your head. You will definitely find a whole community of friendly parishioners. There are a good combination of cradle Catholics, reverts, and converts. If you are curious about Catholicism this is a great church to get an introduction to the faith. The mass is reverent, and the community is devout. LOTS of kids and babies.
