Butler Nissan Service did an awesome job locating issues and making adjustments and bc it took a little longer than expected I was given a credit for my time without me having to ask or demand!

They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

Gary and his lovely wife, Ms. Brandy have been nothing short of miracle workers. They will tell you how it is, what’s wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to repair it…nothing more, nothing less. I have multiple vehicles and they keep them running for very reasonable prices. I hope and pray they stay in business for a long time because they are terrific people with integrity and honesty. Just good salt of the Earth hard-working Americans. Have no reservations taking your vehicles here. They will treat you right!

Bob Morgan I needed the starter replaced on my Jeep. I called Pro Tech on Thursday, left a message and was contacted later on in the day. They gave me a quote for the work which I thought was very reasonable. They set an appointment time for the next day and arrived about 30 minutes early. The repair took about 45 minutes, I paid them(two nice guys) and they left. Very well pleased and will use them again!!
