Parts came fast, clear documentation through all steps, finished before estimated date, cleaned the inside & out, kept me update 2x a week, seamless process through & through.

Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

I have had to take my car in twice in the last 5 months (for very different reasons ) and both times they were prompt, respectful, and completely fair. The employees and technicians are obviously well-trained and can answer any questions or do whatever youre going to need them to. I would 10/10 recommend AMMCO, they are the kindest, most honest, and most diligent auto shop that I have worked with. This last time I brought my car in, they couldnt duplicate the problem that I was experiencing, but they worked on it throughout an entire week, going above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive. Then, they told me they did the entire work on courtesy because they couldnt find anything wrong with it. That was so generous. These guys are the best auto shop in Macon, and possibly, the world.

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! John_Brand Got my 98 ranger done here, complete transmission rebuild, new flywheel, and rear main seal. The price was cheaper than competitors, but the quality of repair and professionalism in the office outshined the other repair shops I interacted with. I highly recommend them, its been close to a year since the repair, everything is working perfectly.
