5 /5 angela johnson: I am from California and I needed repairs done to my vehicle right away after the holiday weekend. I called around to places near my mother-in-law and was quite pleasantly surprised when so I reached Andrea at Signature Auto. From the moment she answered the phone, she was extremely professional, yet personable, ( qualities I treasure in customer service). Due to the holiday and such short notice, they will probably not be able to service our vehicle before we have to leave this evening; however, based on my experience with Andrea, this is certainly a business that I would rely on for all of my automotive needs. Because they were not able to guarantee us service today due to the nature of our needs, she voluntarily offered very valuable information on what I could try to do now and that I will be able to use in the future when needing automotive care for my vehicle. I am unable to patronize their business because I am from California, but I am most definitely going to tell all my Ga. family and friends about them. Good costumer service is so hard to find and a first impression is a lasting one. I am quite pleased and impressed by Andrea’s customer service and we all know that typically your first contact in a privately owned business especially, represents the type of service you’ll receive overall.

5 /5 Kendra Dawsey: My wife and I went to The Signature Auto Repair because we really needed our car to be fixed before a 14 hour road trip. On the way to Georgia, we ran over an 18 wheeler tire, but we didn’t have any other vehicle. After visiting a dealership which was NOT helpful (boo to Ford!) we came here in a last ditch effort. Ben the mechanic was SO helpful is figuring out what was happening with our car and fixing it quickly. The rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable while we waited, and they were all so friendly. We drove back home with no issues! Thank you Ben and The Signature Auto Repair!!

5 /5 Anthony Boyd: Amazing work very customer friendly Andrea was very warm and friendly thank God for an amazing service for fixing my calibrated converter on my GMC Yukon Turnaround time was amazing. It took two days to complete something. All the other dealerships said it would take a week.

4 /5 Shannon Hansen: Took my 2011 Chevy Malibu there knowing what I needed done. Timing chain replacement. Got a quote over the phone and surpringly when i arrived to the shop was told the same thing. Was given an estimated time for repair after giving a 50% deposit. Was done the next day. Had a good experience with the Chevy Tech CSR from start to finish. Only problem I had was i had a crank position sensor in the vehicle when I dropped it off and wasnt returned when I picked it up. Not sure if they slapped it in or not but vehicle still dropping to 0 RPMs when driving as if it was not replaced. Overall great experience but again i knew exactly what I wanted done to my vehicle and had my parts to make repair.

1 /5 Krista Wood: I purchased my vehicle in December 2024 and was told by both the previous owner and the mechanic who performed repairs in October 2024 that the existing warranty would still apply. However, in April 2025, I was informed that the mechanic was no longer employed and that warranties were not transferable. At that time, a now-former manager said he’d try to reduce future labor costs. I brought the vehicle in for an apparent oil leak but was told none existed. Despite this, I continued to refill oil due to ongoing leakage. I was also overcharged for unnecessary services, including spark plug replacement, ignition coil, camshaft and crankshaft sensors, and an unneeded oil change. Notably, the camshaft and crankshaft sensors had already been replaced in October 2024 and were replaced again in April 2025. In May 2025, I was told the camshaft sensor needed to be replaced a third time, along with a leaking turbocharger line—at a cost of nearly $2,000, just one month after paying over $1,000. Concerned, I sought a second opinion. Another shop found the camshaft sensor was not faulty but affected by low oil levels caused by a leak your team had previously dismissed. The true issue was a worn upper timing chain cover—overlooked by Signature Auto Repair when replacing the timing chain in October. It is extremely disappointing to have faced misdiagnosis, nearly unnecessary repairs, and what appears to be a lack of technical expertise. I expected a higher level of service, especially for critical engine components
