Courtney Bartlett bought a great reliable car for a great price, after that he has been the only person i will let do any work to my car he has done the breaks and the tune up both for a great price also drove almost 2 hours to fix anything needed he is very reliable and honest work i would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a great mechanic for very reasonable prices that will go above and beyond to make sure its done right! thanks again,,,

angela johnson I am from California and I needed repairs done to my vehicle right away after the holiday weekend. I called around to places near my mother-in-law and was quite pleasantly surprised when so I reached Andrea at Signature Auto. From the moment she answered the phone, she was extremely professional, yet personable, ( qualities I treasure in customer service). Due to the holiday and such short notice, they will probably not be able to service our vehicle before we have to leave this evening; however, based on my experience with Andrea, this is certainly a business that I would rely on for all of my automotive needs. Because they were not able to guarantee us service today due to the nature of our needs, she voluntarily offered very valuable information on what I could try to do now and that I will be able to use in the future when needing automotive care for my vehicle. I am unable to patronize their business because I am from California, but I am most definitely going to tell all my Ga. family and friends about them. Good costumer service is so hard to find and a first impression is a lasting one. I am quite pleased and impressed by Andrea’s customer service and we all know that typically your first contact in a privately owned business especially, represents the type of service you’ll receive overall.

Jalyssa Lopez I took my car to Firestone originally to get my car fixed because of an oil leak... over $1k later my car was actually worse. I decided to take my car to Big H Care Auto Repair and so far its been fixed and driving great! I would say that the price was lower than I had paid other places which is great. The best thing to me was the customer service! I dont usually write any reviews but the service I received was polite, helpful, and kind. Best personal service from any business around here.

Mia Sinkfield Went to Alex today 3/13/24 his services were GREAT. My first time visiting him and I absolutely love him he is now and forever my mechanic l. I had my two small babies with me and he wanted to honor getting my car done in a GREAT time. I had my Cadillac converter done and it gave me a good price on it was a life time warranty I will be back to him. 1000000% RECOMMEND he stayed in touch with me when I dropped my car off love how professional he is. Demitri Blanco I had been having a rough week and had to take my car in for a small annoying issue. These guys looked after me in less than 30 mins and were such pros. Mason and Tom took great care of me. I also noticed how they knew every other customer there by name. A true mom and pop shop. Ill be coming here as long as I live in ATL. A+ service.
