5 /5 Kristen NeSmith: Tanner’s Service - A Thanksgiving Eve Lifesaver On the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, we found ourselves stranded on a pitch-dark highway after a brand-new tire unexpectedly blew out. We were 2.5 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination. To make matters worse, our insurance company told us it would take 24 hours to send help, Hero for the Highway had no one available, and the local deputy wouldn’t even come out to ensure our safety. Thankfully, Tanner Service came to our rescue. At 11 PM, they towed us to a nearby hotel and our car to their shop. Early the next morning, Tanner called to let us know he had found a tire, even though it was slightly larger than what we needed. With our approval, he installed it so we could get back on the road, assuring us we could replace it with the correct size later. Tanner Service Center went above and beyond when no one else would. Their quick response, professionalism, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. We are so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

I Cant Say Enough About The Customer Service And Professionalism! Ive Had To Have Tire Service The First Time Emergency ! Walking In The Front Door Feels Like Family I Wish I Could Remember Her Name But She Handles Her Business! Multitasking Every Minute All The While Speaking To Her Staff With Respect Love And Professionalism And Making Her Customers Also Feel The Love Knowing That Youre Not Gonna Leave Without Being Satisfied And And A Smile On Your Face Because She Is Also Hysterical

5 /5 Great Vibes: These guys helped a damsel in distress yesterday. I was stalled on I-16 south near Dublin with a blown tire. They came and picked me up shortly before they closed and took me back to the shop, changed my tire within 30 minutes, fixed some body damage on the vehicle, and the price was very reasonable. They were polite, professional, and a joy to work with.

5 /5 Leslie Curran: I am so grateful to Len, Ann and Wendy at Tanner Service Center. I was traveling from Atlanta to South Carolina and my car started to die. I had just had a new battery and alternator put in the day before. I was traveling alone on I-16 and Tanner Service Center took great care of me and my car and got me back on the road and on my way well before sunset. They went out of their way to fix my car and help me. What would normally be a nightmare was actually a truly pleasant and life affirming experience as I sat in their shop for the afternoon and spoke with them and listened to them genuinely care about and for each and every one of their customers. It is definitely a small town shop with a big heart and great mechanics. The absolute best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic/service station for sure. I am seriously considering having them service my car going forward even though its 2 hours away. Its worth it for people you know and trust. Many, many thanks to Wendy, Len and Ann (whom I hugged with tear filled eyes when I left!).
