5 /5 Tritney Coleman: After getting the run around from others prior to thanksgiving and being patient! Steve was the only mechanic to help me! They answered right away, responded quickly, followed up and because he was close to my home he came by to try and drive my vehicle to his shop and was not able so he advised me to get it towed. Bottom line I got it towed and he got it back to me the same day! Crazy thing is his # has been in my phone since 2015 under "Steve the car man" this was discovered after I dialed the number for Howells automotive from google lol. Thank you Howells automotive you are appreciated !!

5 /5 Nathan Capps: Learning how to work on my own car (2010 Ford Mustang 4L V6) and when doing a tune up on the spark plugs, I broke cylinder 3s spark plug in half (an unbreakable spark plug). Decided to take it to a mechanic as I didnt feel comfortable yet with taking the cylinder head off to get the spark plug out. Howells Automotive saved the day and got it done faster then I expected. They didnt overcharge me with a very fair price and were just great people to talk to, one you can trust. Theyve got a loyal customer and will be recommending them to others, 10/10 for me! If youve got mustang that needs a professional help, look no further then these people right here!!!

1 /5 TLS H: Taken two cars there two different times. Both times they sat on the lot for weeks without ever being looked at. Guy repeatedly stated he would look at them and then never did. Complete waste of time.
