Jonathan Smidt I was stranded, 2 hours from home, which is north of Chattanooga. J&J got me diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in under three hours by working me in around their other appointments. It turned out to be a broken alternator bracket, which normally would be a day wait because there is no nearby Honda dealer. But, because Mr. Jimmy has great relationships in the community, he got the bracket fixed at a specialty welding shop nearby. J&J has the latest lifts, tools, computer diagnostics, expertise, and other features of a big place with the down-home friendliness of a family business that has help people for three generations, almost 65 years. I talked with the other customers I met that day, and they appreciated J&J as much as I did. If, like me, you need someone in an emergency. J&J is the place. And if you need a regular mechanic, look no further. I was desperate and cant fully express how grateful I am for all they did for me--and at a fair price.

Robert Morrison 1st time here, and came because the overall great ratings... I will NEVER go back to the dealer for an oil change again! I was in and out so much quicker, never even leaving my vehicle, and cost me less money! The techs are very nice and knowledgable. They checked my fluids, added air to my tires, and gave me a very reasonable quote on a new set! They even showed me the oil dipstick to ensure I knew it was at the proper level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

jamel Walker I took my truck there recently from a deer accident and I figured it was going to take weeks for them to fix it honestly. But to my very pleasant surprise. They fixed in such a short time and efficiently, I was a happy camper. They also made it look brand new too. Ive use to have another car that had a deer accident and the place before took weeks and you can tell they didnt properly repair because it stood out like a sore thumb. 10/10 everything and will 100% recommend you to bring your car here.

Octane Motorcycle Towing LLC My 2012 Ford F250 6.7 diesel truck had a terrible oil leak! They did a fantastic job on repairing everything that was wrong with my truck, and getting me back on the road! Ashley was great in the office, and kept me updated during the entire process! I was very surprised at the great price as well because they had to do alot of work to get my truck right! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely do more business with them in the future! Thank you!

Erica Hines I will forever be a KLD Automotive Customer!! Nicole and Kevin are a powerhouse team! I was referred to them through a Facebook group when i reached out for help with my catalytic converter reading a P040 and my check engine light on. I had been browsing for weeks on my own online afraid to drive except only in emergencies. Nicole is so informative just as much as Kevin the mechanic! Kevin was super thorough and inspected anything i was unsure about and gave me such comfort to know that my baby was in their care. I had a 48 hr turn around for my welding job done to fix my converter. I will be recommending them to everyone i know. Kevin will even come out to the customer if the car isn’t drivable.
