Octane Motorcycle Towing LLC My 2012 Ford F250 6.7 diesel truck had a terrible oil leak! They did a fantastic job on repairing everything that was wrong with my truck, and getting me back on the road! Ashley was great in the office, and kept me updated during the entire process! I was very surprised at the great price as well because they had to do alot of work to get my truck right! Tim McHale As I read some of these reviews I dont know if we are talking about the same place. My wife and I have been bringing our trucks here for 3or4 years. Jason and his staff have shown nothing but professional and friendly service, Ive taken my truck there for loose wires and whatnot and he fixed it without charging me....you do not find that ANYWHERE any more. They also have fit our trucks in their busy schedules and is much appreciated. This is where me and my wife are going to spend most of our stimulus so we can encourage more businesses to be like this one. Integrity, honesty, fair prices and great work is what you will find here if you dont like these things maybe this isnt the place for you. Thanks again Jason and your staff

Jonathan Smidt I was stranded, 2 hours from home, which is north of Chattanooga. J&J got me diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in under three hours by working me in around their other appointments. It turned out to be a broken alternator bracket, which normally would be a day wait because there is no nearby Honda dealer. But, because Mr. Jimmy has great relationships in the community, he got the bracket fixed at a specialty welding shop nearby. J&J has the latest lifts, tools, computer diagnostics, expertise, and other features of a big place with the down-home friendliness of a family business that has help people for three generations, almost 65 years. I talked with the other customers I met that day, and they appreciated J&J as much as I did. If, like me, you need someone in an emergency. J&J is the place. And if you need a regular mechanic, look no further. I was desperate and cant fully express how grateful I am for all they did for me--and at a fair price.

Chris Hathcock Brakes started making noise during a family vacation. Called at 8:00am and they told me they should be able to make the repair by the end of the day if I brought in shortly. Dropped off my vehicle and they had it diagnosed by 9:00am and had it fixed before 1:00pm. Excellent service to an out of towner and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
