Sherry Chapman Dr Howard is extremely knowledgeable, personable, punctual, never have had to wait very long to be called back by the nurse or for Dr Howard to enter the room,great bedside manner, thoroughly explains and answers any issues or questions you may have. The entire staff is very friendly courteous professional and helpful. The Harbin clinic patient portal is extremely thorough, easy to use, and overall a great tool for any questions or concerns you may have concerning your health care, visits, billing, or payment. I highly recommend this practice. They also have an in-house lab which is very convenient.

In a life time of experiences in dentist offices this has been by far the absolute best experience. They have a very transparent atmosphere which is amazing as a parent. Most dentist offices do not let you go back with your children which can be a bit stressful when you want to be there for your children. Tender Touch Dentistry never separated me from my children. They were patient and kind to each of my children and explained things on a level that kept my kids interested. My oldest son left the office saying he thinks he would like to be a dentist one day. This office is not just supporting dental heath they are inspiring children to love dentistry. Great team, great atmosphere, outstanding experience.

The staff is polite, friendly, professional, and efficient! Any issues we thought we may have, we were welcomed right into the office for a quick check! I cannot recommend Dr. Baker and her team enough! We have one more kiddo to get through braces and we absolutely will be seeing Dr. Baker when the time comes!
