1 /5 Tracy W: I was referred to this shop last week by a body shop. I walked into the shop, where a man was standing behind the counter, holding a personal conversation with another female employee. When I walked in towards the desk, I was not greeted in any sort of way. I said hello. The man look at me and barely spoke. Never asked how he could help me. He and the other employee continued their conversation as I stood across the counter and waited for them to finish their conversation. That never happened, so I politely took a seat, thinking that would acknowledge that there was a customer waiting to be assisted. I was the only person in the lobby at the time. How could they not notice. Still nothing, so I got up and walked out the door, again, nothing. I honestly dont see how these people are able to stay in business, being this unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! I guess they pick and choose who they decide to welcome into their "establishment."
