Jimmy was honest, helpful, and truly saved me from unnecessary stress and cost right before the holiday. I only have one vehicle for my GiGi babies, and his support meant everything. Caroline Anglin Scott was very knowledgeable and quick! We called him out for a belt replacement on our truck and he was done within 15 minutes. Then I asked about a fix on my Kia and he found that the alternator was NOT the issue it was the bolt holding it! He saved us so much time and money by finding the true problem and then fixing it for us! Will definitely call him again!

Catherine Ostos Unbelieveable.... my miracle workers. I happened to see a highlight piece on Whites on the local news and called .. Not only did they have me bring it in immediately. Ryan said they loved challeneges and would get to the bottom of my problem. I am a promaster 3500 camper and they are coming to pick me up shortly. I am fixed and ready to get back on the road.

Janielane I’ve been to these guys (and gals) 3 times in the last 7 months and can safely say they’re consistently kind, patient, knowledgeable, quick, and willing to work with you. It’s hard to find a car repair shop with all those qualifications. I don’t know much about cars but I do research to get an idea of pricing before I get anything done and nothing has felt overpriced and, in this economy, that’s the most special thing of all.

Melissa Sullivan I recently visited Pro Motors and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The professionalism displayed by the staff was second to none—they were punctual, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed. I went to other auto repair shops including the dealership for my check engine light and no one could tell me what was going on with my car. It was not until I went to Pro Motors that I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. Customer service was excellent! Brittany at the front desk was so amazing at keeping me in the loop that I ended up bring her a handwritten thank you note. The entire shop showed me nothing but kindness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-notch service and expertise.
