A B I had my initial appointment on 4/10. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, providing top-tier customer service. The offices aesthetics were upbeat, friendly, and calming—something I consider important in dental care. The wait time was brief, only about 5-10 minutes. Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist was friendly, and check-out was a breeze. During checkout, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with pricing. When they discovered my insurance was in-network, they called me about an hour after my appointment to inform me that the price had changed, demonstrating their due diligence in ensuring both my needs and theirs were met.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Donna wall Great experience! The office is modern with massage exam chairs, pleasant music and the Roku fish streaming on the overhead screen. All equipment was high tech and up to date, much better than my previous dentist office. My dental hygienist, Tou (?) was knowledge and a true expert. She was very thorough, explained what she was doing before beginning, gentle and gave me recommendations on home care. Dr. Patel was also thorough, answered all my questions and didn’t try to push treatments on me I didn’t need. Highly recommend!! Best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I was in so much pain from a cavity for a few days and couldn’t sleep. I also had to leave work early because the pain was becoming unbearable. Kris Duderstadt My husband and I just had our first visit to Savannah Quarters Dental Care and it was excellent! Everyone- front desk, hygienist, assistants, and the doctor- were all extremely nice and welcoming! The place is clean and modern. The process was smoothly run - hand-offs between staff was done efficiently. Mood was always cheery and up-beat. Unfortunately we will both have to go back for more work on our teeth (argh...!) but at least we know that we will be taken care of by a great team! Would highly recommend them!

Cynthia Smith Georgetown Family Dental has been an awesome experience from Dr Williams to Ms Joyce . My son has felt cared for since his first appointment. He was so excited to get braces. Dr Williams has entertained his inquisitive personality and explains every step they take. Ms Joyce has reached out several times to check on our experience and making all my info is up to date. We appreciate the staff and Dr Williams for taking care of us.

Hannah Helm This is such a welcoming and beautiful office! Everyone is very friendly. Heather did a wonderful job making sure I knew what to expect and was comfortable while I had my teeth cleaned. The experience was great and my teeth feel amazing!

Dallas Sellars Dr. Friedman and his staff are so professional and kind. Yet they have a “family business” atmosphere that always makes you feel so comfortable. The hygienist are very thorough and Dr. Friedman has the best bedside manner. I’d give higher stars if it would let me.

Kathy Shriver Dr. Rosenthal puts you at ease. Great technique for a pretty much pain-free injection. Destiny dental assistant offered a blanket to keep me comfortable. What a great service! Both worked well as a team letting me feel confident that I was in good hands. The front desk person gave me a warm greeting and poor Julie has the intimidating job of explaining the savings plan! She did a great job showing patience with me. She definitely earned her pay today. I needed to totally understand . Glad I did opt for the savings plan. I would definitely recommend this practice.
