1 /5 Tiaira Gregory: I had my son, my husband, and my appointment today at 10 and 11 am. I scheduled this appointment last week. This was our first appointment. I got a text this morning saying my appointment is on the 7th same time. I have appointments that entire morning so I would not have scheduled appointments that day. I called to confirm. I was told my appointment is on the 7th. When I told the rep I could not do that date it’s supposed to be today he sd we schedule appointments months out so it’s saying that’s the day. He said it as if I should be grateful. When I tried to complain about the person that put my appointment in wrong he sd he was the manager and he would have to go up front to file a complaint. I sd do what we have to do so no one else will go through this. He argued back and refused to acknowledge my complaint. I told him to cancel the appointment I will find another dentist I will be writing a review. He did not care! No complaint filed.

From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. They are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to make each visit smooth and stress-free. Its clear they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a warm, welcoming environment!

My technician did an excellent job, advising me of what she was doing at each step of the exam and cleaning. I will be using Flawless for all my dental care needs going forward.

5 /5 Donna wall: Great experience! The office is modern with massage exam chairs, pleasant music and the Roku fish streaming on the overhead screen. All equipment was high tech and up to date, much better than my previous dentist office. My dental hygienist, Tou (?) was knowledge and a true expert. She was very thorough, explained what she was doing before beginning, gentle and gave me recommendations on home care. Dr. Patel was also thorough, answered all my questions and didn’t try to push treatments on me I didn’t need. Highly recommend!! Best dentist I’ve ever been to.
