We later called about transportation and Kurt went above and beyond: picking up my family, bringing them to rent a car and waiting to be sure they were set before heading back to work. They communicated throughout the process and fixed the car as promised.

As a woman with very little knowledge about cars, I’m always nervous to take my car somewhere.
