1 /5 Vivian Johnson: I called due to my 2004 f-150 not turning over, and the shifter cable needing replaced. They towed my truck over, and took about a week and a half for repairs. No one could tell us exactly what was done when we picked it up. It turned on fine, got it home, parked, 30 min later we got ready to leave and it wouldn’t turn on again. We called and left voicemails and was never returned by anyone. Truck has now been sitting for 2 weeks and money down the drain.

1 /5 Lil Dee: Built transmission 3 times and 100 miles and transmission goes back out. Didn’t tighten fly wheel bolts, didn’t put a new front pump, supposedly put in a billlet valve body. It’s not and it’s the wrong one for my transmission type to find out. spider gears are worn out and chipped. Overdrive lockout is still cheap factory style smh. No new sensors out the outside of transmission. Tail shaft leaks . Almost 5k down the drain smh. I had 2 new batteries one was messing but they did replace it with another new looking battery. But at less tell me something happened to my battery. I didn’t even want them to touch the truck anymore after this ‼️

1 /5 Linda Massu: The worst place l have ever used to repair my car. I ask if they gave a senior discount and they said yes. I was never given a discount. When l got home and looked at the receipt and compared it to the invoice, l was charged $30.00 more than was on the invoice . It was a surprise. He never said he did it or why. I guess the discount was to charge me more. I am 75 years old and only have my SS to live on. I guess they take advantage of seniors instead of giving discounts. I will never go there again.

5 /5 bruce bruce: I just moved to Jackson County and needed someone to work on my f250 and Pro transmission was highly recommended I was very happy with the engine and transmission work that was performed on my truck.Mike also made me aware of some other issues that where going on and he explained to me why it was needed and I gave him the go ahead because I trusted him and the work came out alsome I highly recommend Pro transmission for all your Automobile needs.
