5 /5 Noche: Excellent customer service! Marley and Emmitt were awesome to work with. Sherwood was able to diagnose and fix an ABS issue that I’ve been dealing with for some time now after putting my lifted suspension in. The light has stayed off! They go above beyond with their well documented reports and communication. They fully cleaned our car inside and out even put a shine on the tires. The rose on dash is the finishing touch. I will say my wife was upset that Mercedes the Cat wasn’t there when we came to pick up our vehicle lol I guess that means we will be back!

5 /5 Dustin Lee: I want to start by saying I came to this shop because they have a large presence on social media and great reviews on Google. We brought our truck in for a check engine light and after two days and just over $900 they said the vehicle was fixed. We brought it home and after driving the truck about 100 miles the same check engine light came back on again. We brought it to them and they fixed the issue. Very impressed with the service. They even vacuumed and washed the truck and gave my wife a rose when she picked it up. Truly royal treatment from a great team.

5 /5 Leland johnson: Where to start (long winded sorry), I was told by a name brand shop in Jacksonville that my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with around 80K miles on the clock would need a new engine and transmission!. Now that’s heavy! Around $10K !! I have been watching these videos from Royalty Auto Service in Kingsland Ga and thought I will have my car towed there and see what they can do for me. At this point I was thinking I will probably be throwing away a perfectly good car (cost vs value). This car is my winter car that i leave in Brunswick that I use when I travel from Ny, so it sits for 6 months and I have time to get it fixed. Well one day I received a call from Royalty Auto Service saying that they were working on my car and they feel confident about fixing it, but they were super busy and would be in touch with me soon, (again I have plenty of time). So that day came and I was told that my car was fixed (saved) and it was in the wash bay getting cleaned up!! NO ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION NEEDED!!! I was so shocked and relieved at the same time!! So if you are looking for a true old school shop that knows how to diagnose a problem and are not just wasting your money with changing parts at your cost, Royalty Auto Service is the place to go!!
