Keona Chapman I just had the BEST Brazilian wax experience with Kaitlyn hands down! From the moment I walked in, her energy was warm, welcoming, and so empowering. She made me feel completely comfortable, seen, and cared for. Her technique was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and the results are flawless. I’ve never felt so at ease during a wax, and I can honestly say this is the smoothest I’ve ever been. We homegirls at this point lol. I’ll definitely be back and recommending her to everyone I know.
