1 /5 Dayanna Martinez-Zambrana: I wish i could put a zero star but i can’t first of all i came in got highlights showed them a picture of what i wanted and still didn’t get what i needed. This was for my wedding day at that, my hair went up to almost by butt and asked to just cutt off the bad part and i ended up with my hair up to my mid back highlights were way too dark could barley see them did not look like anything that i asked for and then tells me they will lighten up with a few washes and to make it worst i was there for over 6 hours because she wasn’t just focused on me and one of her other hair dressers looks like she’s training bc she had to keep going back to finish’s her work and my 4 year old daughter got her first haircutt again long hair asked for no layers she has curly hair so you can’t tell if layers were put in right away but when i braided it she had pieces of hair sticking out of her braids which means they layered it please go elsewhere they get more men than anything else THEY CAN NOT DO WOMEN HAIR AT ALL don’t waste your time not to mention i waited an hour and some change before i was even seen from the time i was asked to come don’t waste money nor time
