Abel Serrano Ever since I’ve moved to Decatur me and my wife have been going to Precision Tune (about 2 years now) for all our car needs whether it’s something simple like an oil change or a bigger issue like diagnosing and overheating issue and replacing a radiator same day !!! No one is ever happy when your car breaks down or have to have to repair your car and spend money unexpectedly what a headache but The service advisor there (Geovany) always makes the process as smooth as it’s possible and always clear with what’s the problem and what its needs and the best way to get it fix and gets me back on the road. I’m no mechanic but he’s very knowledgeable about parts and very straight forward which is why I keep them as my shop!!! They service our personal cars and but also service my company cleaning truck !!

Jeff Philliber JD does a great job with all of our service. He is very reliable and stands by his work. They can get busy, and sometimes we may need to wait a few days for service, but that is normal for a good mechanic. My son has moved to a different part of Atlanta, and still drives back to East Lake to have JD service his truck. Also, he and his wife have always been friendly and easy to deal with!!

Kandace Johnson He did what he said and did not try to pull a fast one. Very professional reasonable price and work was done in a very adequate amount of time. I would recommend him if you are having a problem with your vehicle do give him a call you will not regret it.

Thomas Flynn Theres decent mechanics that find problems and boost revenue and then theres excellent and honest no B.S. master mechanics like Bac Pham the owner. In 60 years of owning cars hes the finest Ive ever dealt with. Chains and Mercedes dealers wanted $185-$200 just to run diagnostics to determine why my hatch was stuck closed. With common sense and some internet help whole issue solved and without replacing the hatch assist motor. Five stars ***** to my new friend whos also a retired combat veteran. I was able to get several things done for a very reasonable price. I will definitely reach out to him for any repairs in the future!
