Ash Zellner My 2013 BMW X1 had an oil leak. Solicited quotes from 5 different repair shops in metro ATL. Munich West was the least expensive by several hundred dollars. Admittedly, I was skeptical. But everything was legit (e.g., no after-market parts were used) and turned out great. I no longer trust the garage I have been going to for years and will ONLY use Munich West from now on. Mike (owner) is terrific.

Karen Levy I took my car to Glenwood Car Care Center after failing my emissions inspection. They promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem as being a faulty catalytic converter, after which they repaired my car in a reasonable time frame at a reasonable price and emissions were then passed with no problem! I will definitely be bringing all my auto repair and maintenance business to Glenwood Car Care Center from now on!

Kurt Pieper Mitch was excellent in helping me keep my 2010 Lexus RX350 running smoothly, and in tip top shape. Ive used True Automotive many times and always appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area, that they always keep my appointment on time, and make sure to get me out as quickly as possible. Mitch was very thorough in showing me via pictures as well as explaining to me on what needs to be done moving forward so I know what to expect in the future. I will be returning again and again. These guys are truly top notch. Highly recommended!

Dave Pattie Warning - this place looks like a dump. My father was an old car collector, so I sort of grew up around places like this. If you can get past the overall condition of the shop, I think youll find a good repair shop to keep your older Volvo running. I used them for my 2012 XC70 T6. I know Volvos and can confirm that these guys know them inside and out. I had two expensive repairs. Together, it would have cost me 7K to repair. These guys were about have the cost of the dealership. Dont expect super fast service, and you do not want to wait for your car. Its just not that kind of shop. But, if your Volvo is your 2nd car, and you can live without if for a day or two, its going to be hard to beat these guys. One part they installed failed (cat converter) after about 4 months and they replaced as a warranty item (no charge). All other work was stellar.

Archie Desai I’ve been to this place twice now, and it’s become my second home. The owner and lady who work there are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel right at home. While I was waiting, they chatted with me, and I even struck up a conversation with another customer. It’s such a welcoming and friendly place. I’ll definitely be back for life! Time
