Michael Miller My family of 7 broke down on 75 on our way back to Kentucky 10 hours from our destination, AAA called and enterprise or hertz couldn’t help. Triple A put us in touch with the tow truck driver Richard who came out very quickly and even confirmed our diagnosis of a busted heater hose. He called his girlfriend to bring up her personal vehicle to get our family to the repair shop, 20 minutes away. Very nice people, had the part in and we’re back out in about an hour. Great price, and amazing people. They came to our rescue and essentially gave us the shirt of their back. Can’t say enough good about Richard and the guys in the shop. Thanks again from the Atzinger/Miller family.

Funny lil Valentine Big shout out to the store manager who went above and beyond to get a special tool to do my brake job. He couldnt find one nearby, so he called his tool company and had one delivered. He literally saved the day! Also, Jonelle is so kind and friendly, she really made me feel like family. The entire staff is very nice and professional. The mechanics who worked on my vehicle actually took the time to explain step-by-step what they were doing to make me feel at ease. Honestly, I cannot say enough NICE things about the staff in Fitzgerald, GA. FIVE STAR SERVICE 100%!

John Lewis Ive been putting off some much needed maintenance for my truck. I finally decided to get it done and took it to Mckees. They done an outstanding job getting my truck back running like new and Shane stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on. The customer service was great. I highly recommend them and will be going back if I need any future maintenence done to my vehicles.
