Sharon Knight I moved to Cartersville 2 years ago. Needed my car worked on last year so I asked my neighbors for a recommendation for a good auto repair shop. Everyone said KO Automotive was the best and they were right. Ive had an excellent experience every time I have been there. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. Honesty is an attribute that a lot of businesses dont practice anymore and Im very happy I took my neighbors advice and went to KO Automotive. I highly recommend them and plan to keep using them for all my car needs.

A Campbell Great Shop & Staff. Complete rebuild of my 2005 140k miles Silverado 1500 4L65 transmission. Very experienced, organized facilities, inside and out. You dont see signs of overbooking with cars loaded up n the lot. No delays. Runs like a new truck.

Dale Genetti Guwan responded to my request for needing new rear brakes quickly. We set up the appointment within a few days. As a female this was in truly helpful. He was professional and on time. Did a great job right in my driveway. No waiting at the dealership for hours and you can’t beat the price. He was also informative about next steps when I’d need brakes next time. Patrick Fletcher This is a very honest shop. I took my car here for an oil change this morning and mentioned the tires getting worn out quickly. They took a look and were honest and said it’s nothing more than it just needing an alignment. Other shops would have tried to push 100s if not 1000s in repairs. It’s hard to find good honest mechanics, I’d take my vehicle here again anytime. Thanks guys.

Aleksi Vasquez My breaks went out the other day while I was driving and I was really worried since I haven’t gone to any mechanic since my dad passed (he used to do all the work on my cars). My wife called around to a few places and no one could get to my car and some were very rude on the phone. The guys at Auto experts said they could get to my car by Thursday (it was Tuesday) so we towed the car there. They ended up calling me the same day with the diagnostic, price including the labor and taxes and informed me they would get to work the next day. Well they called me Wednesday around 1 and they were already done! A few days sooner than I expected and my car is back on the road! I appreciate their professionalism and transparency with prices. It helped make this situation with my car feel less overwhelming. Thanks guys!

Scott Tisdale I had the absolute best experience recently at City Muffler. In order to not miss work I needed a small repair done same-day. After driving to 4 local shops it was recommended to me (by Robbie of Robbie’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA) that I drive over to City Muffler. Upon arrival I was immediately met by a fellow named Pickle who simply asked for the keys to my truck and then drove it straight into the lift. I was out the door in 20 minutes with the best price possible! I highly recommend City Muffler to anyone who appreciates a perfect balance of technical proficiency and customer care!!!

Kaylynn Williams Absolutely amazing! The owner talked to me through every step in fixing my car. The woman working the desk was very kind and helpful. This shop treats you like a human instead of a number and a paycheck. I will be back if I ever need an honest car repair shop!

PLP Needed my brakes checked and glad I did. James and his crew inspected them and found they were very worn. They put pads on all 4 and all is well now. They do a very good job there. I recommend them.
