5 /5 Gordon Hunt: I sold my Expedition to a friend only to soon discover that there was a need for extensive engine work and I couldnt have this young man be stuck with a lemon so he reached out to the best mechanic for this job. Bret was straight forward, detailed in everything that needed to be done and upfront on the things that werent needed as well. He did the work well and professionally and without any hidden charges or changes. The truck is like new and good to go for another 150k+ and we are ALL happy about the great ride for this family with kids and their like-new SUV. The 30 mile distance to his shop was more than worth every mile. Thank you B and R!

5 /5 Brian Kane: I was driving my 2002 F150 with 325000 miles loaded up from Illinois to Florida. Just north of Atlanta I started. to get a misfire. With in minutes I did not think I would make the next exit. I pulled off and googled mechanics near me. B and R had good reviews so I gave them a call. Bret answered and I explained the situation. He arranged for a flat bed and when I arrived he stopped what he was doing to take a look. He found that the fuel pressure was on the low side of normal and after test driving it said it might make it too Florida. I took off and made it about 2 miles, then limped it back. He ordered the part and put it up on the lift for the night, then gave me a ride to the hotel. The next morning when I returned the gas tank was on the floor, and with in an hour I was back on the road. I tried to tip him for his great service but he would have none of it. 5 /5 larry griffin: Completely honest and trust worthy. Bret is very meticulous in his work. I trust them with my vehicles 100%! They are reliable and their prices are very affordable. Yes the saying “Dealership Quality at much lower price” is true here. I believe their Quality is higher than most dealerships I have visited.

5 /5 Michael Williams: I owe Bret and his team at B& R Automotive Repair a real debt of gratitude. I was several hours into a road trip with my girlfriend when the air dam in the undercarriage of my car came loose and started scraping against the interstate pavement. It had already come loose following an oil change 2 days prior, and I had already made a second visit to my mechanic at home to have it fixed. Here I was, hours between me and home, still 10 hours from my destination, and I couldnt continue on until this was fixed. Using my phone, I found B & R was only a few miles from the exit I had taken, and I set off hoping they would be able to help me. I wandered into the office unannounced, and explained my predicament to Rose in the office. She went into the back and spoke to Bret, and within 10 minutes he had gotten the car he was working on off the rack and taken my car into the garage. He and his team quickly got me fixed up with a permanent fix, not just a temporary patch to get me home. I was able to continue on my road trip without having to limp back to where I started, and all in all, I was only delayed by about 45 minutes in the end.
