Jennifer B Just picked my car up from Sam. He did a great job fixing the engine on my 2013 Chevy. He was polite and always kept in touch with updates on my car. When I picked it up, he explained what he did and actually showed me the engine parts (old ones that he replaced and the new that he put in). As long as Sam is in the Atlanta area, he will be the only one that I trust to touch my car!! And he was very fair with his price. I am very grateful!

CutThaCheck Music First and foremost, there is a language barrier. Mike will say yes to a question or statement without fully knowing. I brung my car to get serviced, only to check back hours later and be told they needed more time. Cool. I check back hours later before they close, still no luck. Once I finally got Mike on the phone he still needed time. I then told him I’d need my car and I would bring it back Tuesday since it’s St. Patrick’s day Monday. Here I am the next day (Saturday) and the shop is closed, my car is still locked up and I will not be paying any requested fee. Especially after I said on the phone I was in route to pick up my car and drop back off Tuesday. Smh NEVER AGAIN!

Ebosetale Ikheloa Highly reputable and trustworthy shop! I came in for a second opinion due to a squeaking noise whenever I drove with the AC on. Summit quickly identified the issue as a worn suspension belt and were able to order the necessary parts to arrive before an upcoming trip. They quoted me five times less than another mechanic I had previously seen. I truly trust them with any car concerns now. I just wish I had discovered them sooner—before my move!

So So I came to 24 Hour Decatur Auto Care to have the front brake pads on my Hyundai Sonata replaced. The service was excellent as soon as I arrived, I was greeted right away and quickly directed to where I needed to go. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Was charged $60 via zelle

Kurt Pieper Mitch was excellent in helping me keep my 2010 Lexus RX350 running smoothly, and in tip top shape. Ive used True Automotive many times and always appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area, that they always keep my appointment on time, and make sure to get me out as quickly as possible. Mitch was very thorough in showing me via pictures as well as explaining to me on what needs to be done moving forward so I know what to expect in the future. I will be returning again and again. These guys are truly top notch. Highly recommended!
