5 /5 Steven Martin: This place does fantastic work. We brought my wifes Toyota Camry in after she hit a deer. You cant even tell anything happened. Then we brought my truck in after a storm blew a tree onto it. They had me fixed up and got my toolbox replaced as well. Highly recommend them.

5 /5 Don Neuen: Recently, we had a 2023 Toyota Crown that was severely damaged during a hail storm. Our insurance agent suggested that we meet with One Twenty Two Collision in Carrollton, GA to discuss the repair. From minute one, we were greeted in a professional and efficient manner by the staff and management. We were updated on a very regular basis as to the progress of our repair, and the job was completed before the expected completion date. Now, for the quality of work; EXCEPTIONAL! PDR (paintless dent repair), as well as full hood replacement and painting, along with chrome trim work is rated at a "10"... The car looks new! In addition, they fully detailed the car before we picked it up... Our son, who does body restoration work and detail work for million dollar entertainer coaches, saw the car after the hail damage... The car was hammered... We asked him to rate the completed job performed by One Twenty Two Collision, and he too, gave them a perfect "10"! We cannot recommend One Twenty Two Collision (Carrollton, GA) highly enough with respect to friendly, efficient, courteous, professional and high quality service.

5 /5 Kimberly Ward: I just want to take a moment and Thank Doug and Blakely for treating me so GREAT! I am a travel nurse and was hit from behind 3hrs from my home. My car was taken to One Twenty Two for an estimate/ repair. It was eventually totalled, but from the momment they received my car they sent updates.When I found out it would be totalled I was worried about getting my stuff since I live so far away. Blakely assured me she wouldnt let the car go before I came to get my things. I arrived and she gave me bags to put my stuff in and then Doug came out took my license plate of to make sure I had it. They offered help and such kindness! I had left a few things in it because I could not pull them from being stuck but my husband later was contacted by Doug and was told he got them out, and was shipping them to us! They arrived with in 2 days. I can say in 55 years of life I have never had such kind business people take that much time with me. If they treat an out of towner who didnt even have work done this well I can just imagine how great they treat their customers! The staff was very friendly & they communicated with me (via text and phone call) daily/weekly about updates with my vehicle.
