5 /5 Joel Munday: Had a Honda Pilot with a blown engine. Charles found me one with low miles and swapped it out for me. At the same time he did a number of repairs that was way cheaper to do with the motor out than later, at my request. Car starts, sounds and drives like a new one. Would highly recommend Schaffers.

1 /5 David: Wish I could give zero stars. I brought my truck in for a starter replacement. That went perfectly fine by the owners son. But the "mechanic" they had working for them moved the truck outside and could not figure out how to work an automatic window, so he left my window down all weekend In a rain storm. Soaked my interior. Caused my truck to mold all over. I call them and they give it a "detailing" I pick it up, everything still wet kinda smells funny. Im told it will all dry up its the cleaners we used that smell funny. truck was parked for a couple weeks. Open the truck and it is all moldy all over again. I call them and talk to owner. (After emails and phone tag) owner says he is gonna talk to a buddy and see what they can do. A few days go by I call to get update. No call back. I leave multiple messages with the female receptionist with none of them being returned, so I am left with dealing with all the damage they caused by myself. Save the hassle, save the money, save the irritation and do yourself a favor... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
