They had my car for almost 3 weeks and gave it back to me with new noises I’ve never heard before I gave it to them and now I have to spend more money elsewhere and the nerve to suggest the problem I’m complaining about probably already existed or I caused it in the two days since I had it back from them. $2400 and literally two days after pickup my check engine light is back on and there’s so many rattling noises that I now have to get checked somewhere else because I don’t trust them and don’t want to risk them “fixing” anything else and leaving with more issues. I really believed they were honest but I guess I’m the fool for believing there’s such a thing as an honest mechanic.

1 /5 Anna Faith Adair: I dropped off my vehicle after it was jerking and stuttering. i was told it was because my key fob had a low battery. they replaced it and said “the car drove no problem”. I had an engine misfire driving home and almost was stranded. they missed my engine being covered in oil and gas and that i had a bad coil.

5 /5 Megan Voyles: I bought a car from someone in Atlanta and when I made it to 108/515, the car threw a misfire code and jumped time. Had it towed to North GA Automotive and they fixed the car for me within a week and a half at a very decent rate. They also recharged the AC, changed the serpentine belt and and had it running like new. I wont go anywhere else for car repairs. They made a customer for life!
