5 /5 James Schoeneberg: In over 60 years of driving and car/truck ownership, having vehicle repairs performed at shops all over the country, I just had one of the best results at Ellijay Muffler--and the most important feature of this shop is the owner, Jeff. My truck had exhaust system problems making the truck almost undrivable. Jeff assessed the problems, discussed the repair plan with me, completed the work as promised, and the cost was about half of what I was expecting. After the repairs were completed, Jeff showed me everything he had done and I have to tell you, the workmanship was just outstanding--some of the best I have ever seen. Jeff is not just some guy running a muffler shop, he is a real craftsman. Also, while Jeff was with another customer, I met the real hit of the business, Jeffs dog, Dolly--a very friendly and intelligent Wheaten Terrier devoted to Jeff.
