Living Hope Church Athens
S H This is a wonderful and welcoming church. Lots of diversity. Pastor David speaks truth in love. They really believe in teaching people about the word of God and being able to share it with others with love and clarity. Thereā€™s something for everyone here.

Grace Fellowship Church - bogart
Temple Jake I have recently been going for about 3-4 weeks. I can say I really enjoy it. I was in searching of a new church and my friends told me they have been going to this one and I thought I check it out. I really enjoyed it. The music gets you in the flow of it makes you excited and want to keep singing words of praise! Pastor Tony just finished a lesson and soon or today we will be starting a lesson about Heaven. Iā€™m looking forward to it!

New Freedom Christian Center
Anitra Bearfield I was a member from 2004 to 2010 and it is a great church, pastor Larry Forte is great and he is real and the congregation is great, they welcone everyone with open arms. I moved is the reason i no longer attend if I still lived in Athens I would still be going. If anyone is looking for a good church home New Freedom is one of the best.

St Gregory the Great Episcopal
Oliver Booker I do not attend this church, but I am an Episcopalian and I also come here once a week for rehearsals with the Athens Master Chorale. I do know from discussions with others that this is a very welcoming and open church. A great Episcopal Church in my opinion!

Ebenezer Baptist Church West
dmlevitt I live by Ebenezer Baptist and love to hear the sermon and the music every Sunday echoing through Cobbham. a great way to start the day. What a treat! Fantastic people. love to all.

Oconee Heights Baptist Church
Cindy Nixon They have a nice service, they offer a clothes closet & food bank on wed only. They also have a day care monday-Friday. The people there are very nice.
