1 /5 Hailey Hartman: Zach is an absolute nut case, offering is “employee pricing” to his friends only . When you go in somewhere and hear the employees talking about how all Zach’s friends get employee pricing is very aggregating. Zach needs to get his head on right! All I had to do was stand outside the shop to hear about his “ little man big power” syndrome. I have been to jp auto care as well, to hear that “Zach is running this business into the ground with offering his friends pricing” All to say, Jose is gone from Neal brothers. Between Curtis and Jose they could get the job done. But Zach simply is always on a power trip seems. I hope things get better especially talking about pricing. I hope all gets better. Zach needs the boot and Neal brothers needs Jose back

The friendly staff and technicians make it a pleasure to feel comfortable and confident about the repairs I needed. Very fair and competitive pricing for superior quality service and parts. A major breaks overall was completed satisfactorily in 3hours an I was on the road. I highly recommend this company for your consideration and automotive service needs.

They left parts under my truck loose and when I went to get them to check it out, they make me come back the next day and are upset that Im early. So yeah I vented on Facebook because your service sucks and is a danger to the lives of anyone that needs theyre suspension serviced. They offered no apology and when I mentioned it to them the service write accused me of unbolting my track bar. The bolt wasnt even on the threads! I had used this company for 8 years with all my private vehicles and my tow business. They really did go way down in quality.
